Özet
Yapılan çalışmanın temel amacı yöneticilerin liderlik tarzlarının çalışanların örgütsel sinizm tutumu üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma 148 erkek ve 155 kadın olmak üzere toplam 303 kişi ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada veri toplama tekniği olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Katılımcıların liderlik tarzlarının ölçümü için Çok Yönlü Liderlik Ölçeği ve örgütsel sinizmin ölçümü için ise Örgütsel Sinizm Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular ışığında, çalışanların yöneticilerini daha çok dönüştürücü lider olarak algıladıkları görülmüştür. Örgütsel sinizm ağır görev yükleri olan ceza, infaz ve icra bölümlerinde yüksek bulunmuştur. Ayrıca dönüştürücü liderliğin, etkileşimci liderliğin ve cinsiyetin örgütsel sinizmi açıkladığı yapılan regresyon analizi sonucu bulunmuştur. The main purpose of this study is to examine the executives' leadership styles on employees' organizational cynicism attitude. The research was conducted upon 303 employees whose 148 are male and 155 are female. The questionnaire technique was used as a data collection method. To measure the leadership style of the executives the Multifactor Leadership Scale was used. On the other hand to measure the organizational cynicism level of the employees, the Organizational Cynicism Scale was used. Under the light of the data gathered from the research, it was found out that the most seen leadership style of the executives is transformtional leadership. Organizational cynicism was seen mostly on the employees who are working at the execution, punishment and rendition departments. Additionally, it was seen that transformational leadership, sex and transactional leadership are the main antecedents of organizational cynicism due to the regression analysis made for this study Key Words : Leader, Leadership Styles, Organizational Cynicizm
