Baroque art is a consequence of the chaotic political environment of 17th century Europe. The religious wars, the power relations of monarchies, the conquests and colonisations are the subjects of Baroque art, especially Rubens’s paintings. Rubens’s talent, and his close relations with the people who dominated Europe’s policies, brought a political quality to his paintings. This article analyses local, religious, and world policies of Europe on the paintings of RubensSanat eserleri, üretildikleri toplumlar?n sosyo-politik yap?lar?n?, dönemsel olarak farkl? üsluplar içerisinde yans?t?r.
