Bu tezde, uluslararası insancıl hukuk kaynakları ve ilkelerinden yola çıkarak öncelikle otonom silah sisteminin tanımını, ardından otonom silah kullanımı sonucunda sorumluluğun kime ne şekilde uygulanacağı anlatılmıştır.With the development of technology and science, the use of autonomous weapon systems is increasing. However, it is a question mark that there are gaps in rules related to the use of autonomous weapons by most international organizations, organizations and states, and how these gaps will be filled.
