Hizmet sunumunda etkinliğin sağlanmasında öncelikle sağlık hizmetlerinin nitelik ve niceliğinin arttırılması ve bu bağlamda sağlık sektöründe mesleki eğitimin önündeki engellerin kaldırılması gerekmektedir. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde "Tanımlar ve Kavramlar" analiz edilerek eğitim türleri ile sağlık sektöründe hizmet içi eğitim detaylı olarak incelenmiş. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü "Sağlığın Tarihsel Gelişimi ve Sağlık Hizmetleri" olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm çalışmanın ana bölümünü tamamlama niteliğinde düşünülmüştür. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümü ise "Teknolojik Gelişmelerin Sağlık Sektörüne Etkileri ile Eğitim ve Teknolojik Gelişim" olarak açılmıştır. Bu bölümde teknolojik gelişmelerin sağlığa olan etkileri, sağlıkta teknolojik gelişimin sektörlere uyumu, sağlıkta inovasyon ve Ar-Ge, Türkiye'de sağlık teknolojisinde Ar-Ge faaliyetleri yürüten kurumlar, Türkiye'de sağlık teknolojisinde meydana gelen gelişmeler, sağlıkta teknolojinin eğitim hizmetleri üzerinde etkileri ve önemi, Türkiye'de sağlık teknolojisi öngörü çalışmaları, vizyon 2023 teknoloji öngörü çalışması, kamu sağlık araştırma programı gibi konular analiz edilmiştir.In Service Training In the Health Sector Effective delivery of health services , social development constitutes one of the most basic elements.
