It is referred to as the new generation financial crisis type. Underdeveloped countries were more affected by the crises experienced in the past, whereas the 2008 crisis affected the developed economies more deeply. 31 countries were selected in this study. In the study, 18 developed countries and 13 developing countries were included. The changes in unemployment rates of countries in the post-crisis period are discussed.
