Bu eserlerin bilgilerine erişim ve üzerindeki Osmanlıca yazılarının okunması oldukça zordur. Bu tez çalışması içerisinde öncelikle; okunamayan eserler tanımlanmış daha sonra bu eserlerin bir mobil uygulama sayesinde bilgilerine erişilmesine ve günümüz Türkçe'si ile okunmasına SIFT algoritmasına GPS tabanlı filtre uygulanarak olanak sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca bu eserlerin ileride akademik çalışmalarda kullanılması için bir envanter platformu oluşturulmuştur. Tez kapsamında belirlenmiş pilot bölgelerdeki eserler daha önce İçerik Yönetim Sistemine girilmiş; SIFT algoritması ile gerekli bilgiler çıkartılarak daha sonraki aramalar için kaydedilmiştir. Daha sonra geliştirilen mobil uygulama üzerinden resim tanıma sistemine yapılan arama isteklerine eşleşen resimler; içerik yönetim sistemindeki bilgiler ile birleştirilerek kullanıcıya iletilmiştir.Many Ottoman artifacts have reached to today. Accessing information of those artifacts and reading Ottoman writings on it have difficulties. In this thesis, first; the unreadable artifacts were defined and a mobile application was created to enable access to their information and translations to current Turkish language by applying GPS based filtering to SIFT algorithm. In addition, an inventory platform has been created for future use of these artifacts in academic studies. The artifacts in the pilot regions identified within the scope of this thesis were previously entered into the Content Management System. All the artifacts were sent to Image Recognition System to extract important points with SIFT algorithm. Then those important points were saved to database for subsequent calls.
