After the evaporation of acetone the samples were calcined in nitrogen gas atmosphere at 1000 °C for 10 minutes and called ZZ1-ZZ4. Thermal and electric properties of the composite powders were investigated. The weight losses and decomposition temperatures of the composite powders were determined by TG/DTA. The surfaces of samples were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Conduction mechanism of the composite powders (ZZ1- ZZ4), which were shaped like a disk, was determined. The activation energies of the ZZ1-ZZ4 samples were calculated. The activation energy values were found between 0.20-0.27 eV.enCompositeTransition Metal OxidesActivation EnergySemiconductorMicrostructure, Thermal and Electrical Characterization of ZnO-(50-x)CuO-xNiOArticle
