The study was conducted out on the internet with a total of 468 individuals, including 119 female and 349 male, aged 18-65 years. According to the study, 40,0% of the participants use supplements. The most commonly used supplements are protein/amino acid powders, vitamin/multivitamin/mineral and protein/energy bars; respectively.
