Örnek ailenin; Şebinkarahisar ilçesi ve ilçe halkının kendine özgü kültürel yaşamı, göç ettikleri yerlerde birbirleriyle kurdukları sosyal ilişkiler ve yabancı bir ortama göçten kaynaklanan uyum sorunuyla nasıl başa çıktıkları görsel olarak saptanmış, Toplukonak köyü, Hasköy ve Okmeydanı Düğün Salonu'nda yapılan çekimlere yer verilmiştir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Göç, Mübadele, Belgesel Fotoğrafçılık, Giresun, İstanbul.The purpose of this thesis is to examine the migration of Cetinkaya family, who is descended from Karaman Turks, from Thesaloniki to Giresun and then from Giresun to Istanbul and their cultures and their sense of belonging which they left behind in their geography through a social documentary photography method both in visual and written narration.
