Abstract
Bu çalışmada değişime karşı tutum ile örgüt kültürünün, çalışan performansı ile ilişkisi sivil havacılık sektöründe araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın literatür araştırmasında özellikle değişen iç ve dış çevre koşullarına karşı çalışanların tutumları üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu aşamada değişimin teknolojik, ekonomik, siyasi ve yönetimsel önemi ve özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bununla birlikte en önemli iç çevre dinamiklerinden biri olan örgüt kültürünün önemine ve çalışanlar ile bağlantısının ne denli önemli olduğuna dikkat çekilmiştir. Çalışmanın metodoloji aşamasında ise bağımlı değişken olan ''Çalışan Performansı'' konusuna değinilmiştir. Çalışmada yöntem olarak Yapısal Eşitlik Model'i kullanılmıştır. Sivil havacılık sektöründe 419 kişi ile üzerinden araştırma yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; Örgüt Kültürü ile Değişime Karşı Tutum arasında doğrudan anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Bununla birlikte hem Örgüt kültürü'nün hem de değişime karşı Tutum'un birlikte Çalışan Performansı ile doğrudan anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olduğu saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın bu sonuçlarına göre araştırma hipotezleri desteklenmiştir. Literatür ile kuvvetlendirilen sonuçlar neticesinde ise akademik alana ve Sivil Havacılık alanında faaliyet gösteren reel sektör firmalarına dair önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, the attitudes towards change in the civil aviation sector and the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance were examined. In the literature research of the study, the attitudes of the employees towards the internal and external environmental conditions are emphasized. At this stage, the technological, economic, political and managerial importance of the change and its features are emphasized. In addition, the importance of organizational culture, which is one of the most important internal environment dynamics, and its connection with the employees are emphasized. In the methodology phase of the study, our dependent variable, employee performance, is addressed. Structural Equation Model was used as the method in our study. A total of 419 people were surveyed in the civil aviation sector. As a result; There was a significant relationship between organizational culture and attitude towards change. In addition, it was found that both organizational culture and attitude towards change had a direct relationship with Employee Performance. According to the results of this study, research hypotheses were supported. As a result of these results reinforced by the literature, important suggestions are related with made about the academic field and the real sector firms operating in the field of Civil Aviation
