Özet
Bu arastırma ile, endüstri meslek ve teknik liselerde görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin takım çalısması ve egiticilerin performansına etkisi'ne iliskin görüslerinin neler oldugunun saptanması amaçlanmıstır. Anket modeliyle yapılan bu arastırmada 2006-2007 Egitim-Ögretim yılı bahar döneminde İstanbul İli Anadolu yakasındaki 7 endüstri meslek ve teknik liselerde görev yapan 235 yönetici ve ögretmen üzerinde gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırmada, etkili takımın özelliklerinin her bir alt boyutunun takım içi motivasyonda ve egiticinin performansıyla olan iliskisi ve ayrıca takım içi motivasyon ile egiticinin performansına etkisi arasındaki iliskisi arastırılmıstır. Arastırma sonuçlarına göre, hem etkili takımın özellikleri hem de egiticinin performansı arasında olumlu ve bir iliski, Ayrıca etkili takımın özellikleri ve takım motivasyonu arasında olumlu bir iliski, ve takım motivasyonu ve egiticinin performansı arasında olumlu bir iliski vardır.
With this research, it is aimed to determined the thouhts of the directors and teachers about group work and what the effect of the performance of the directors are in industry training and technique college. The research designed on was applied to 235 directors and teachers in Anatolia side of İstanbul at 7 industry and training colleges in 2006-2007 education second term. In the search it is investigated every sub-dimension of the characteristics of the effective team in the motivation of the team and the relationship connecting with the educationalist?s performance/ and also the relationship between motivation of the team and the effective of the educationalist?s performance. According to the results of the investigation; There is a positive relationship both the characteristics of the effective team and educationalist?s performance. There is a positive relationship both the characteristics of the effective team and the motivation of the team. There is a positive relationship between the motivation of the team and the educationalist?s performance.
