Özet
Advertisements play a significant role in reaching the target audience and influencing consumer purchasing decisions to ensure sustainability of services and products designed for consumers. Advertisers aware of this fact have begun to offer advertisements tailored to the desires and needs of the target audience using creative methods. In this study, traditional media and creative methods used in traditional media are defined. Examples of traditional media and creative applications in publication graphics are examined, and the levels of impact on the target audience are explained. A press release about Dyslexia was designed as an example application. The press announcement, which emphasizes dyslexia as a learning difficulty, has been analyzed and interpreted using semiotic methods. It has been concluded that press announcement applications using creative methods in publication graphics are more effective on the target audience than traditional media press announcements. © 2024, Ebru Bagci.
