Özet
Örgütler varlıklarını sürdürebilmek için belli gelenekleri yaşatmak, kendine özgü kültür oluşturmak ve kendi kimliklerini yani kurum kültürünü oluşturmak zorundadırlar. Örgüt iş gören etkileşimi sonucunda oluşan örgütsel bağlılık, iş görenin çalıştığı örgüte karşı sadakat tutumudur ve örgütüne karşı hissettikleridir. Örgütün tüm birimlerinin uyum içinde olmaları, ast-üst ilişkilerinin güçlü tutulması örgüt kültürü ve örgütsel bağlılığın önemini artırmaktadır. Her örgüt, iş görenlerinin alt yapısal özelliklerine göre kendi kültürünü oluşturur. Sağlık örgütleri kültür açısından hem kendi içinde hem de toplumla etkileşim halindedirler. Girdisi çıktısı insandır. Hizmet üreten, başarısı hizmetin kalitesiyle ölçülen sağlık örgütlerinde iş görenlerin örgüte karşı güdülenmeleri amaca ulaşmadaki en önemli unsurdur. Bu tezde öncelikle örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel kültür konuları kuramsal olarak incelenmiştir. Kurumsal bilgiler ışığında Antalya Atatürk Devlet Hastanesi'nde çalışan hemşire ve ebelerin örgütsel bağlılık boyutları ve örgütsel kültür boyutları arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir. Üç bölümden oluşan bir anket formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiş araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre, Örgütsel bağlılık ve örgütsel kültür arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The organization sees business as a result of the interaction of organizational commitment, attitude and loyalty towards the organization of the workforce feel about employing organization. Organizational commitment and culture are the topics of this thesis, firstly theoretically analyzed. In light of the corporate organizational commitment of nurses working in Antalya Ataturk State Hospital, sizes, and examined the relationship between dimensions of organizational culture. Used a questionnaire consisting of three parts. The obtained data was analyzed by SPSS software according to the result of research, there is a relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture have been identified.
