Abstract
Çalışmanın konusu sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyonu ve motivasyonel öncelikleridir. Çalışmanın amacı motivasyon hakkında genel bilgiler verilmesi, motivasyon teorileri ve çalışma ortamında motivasyonun gerekliliğini açıklayan nedenlerin irdelenmesi ile birlikte sağlık hizmeti ve sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyonlarını etkileyen unsurlar ve önceliklerinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyonlarını etkileyen unsurlar ve önceliklerin değerlendirilmesi ile birlikte sağlık çalışanlarının motivasyon ve motivasyonel önceliklerinin ortaya konulması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışma literatür taramasının yanında Süleymaniye Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesindeki sağlık çalışanlarıyla yapılan anket çalışmasıyla desteklenmiştir. This study consists of motivation and motivational priorities of health-care facility workers. Giving an overview of motivation objective of the study is to demonstrate and evaluate the theories of motivation explaining why the work environment with the motivation of necessity affect the motivation of health workers and health service factors and priorities. It is targetted to determine the motivation and motivational priorities and causes that effect the health workers' motivation. The study was supported by a survey applied to health workers of Süleymaniye Gynecology and Pediatrics Educational and Research Hospital addition to the literature.
