Abstract
Kurum, kuruluş veya şahıslar için büyük önem arz eden, gelişen ve değişen günümüz dünyasında yaşayan bir organizma olarak nitelendirebileceğimiz arşivlerin de bu gelişmelerden etkilendiği görülmektedir. Önceleri yazılı veya basılı halde bulunan arşiv değeri taşıyan materyaller, süreç içerisinde çeşitli formatlara bürünerek, günümüzde bilgisayar ekranlarından görüntülenebilir, arama yapılabilir, kullanılabilir, paylaşılabilir, üretilebilir ve depolanabilir bir hal almıştır. Bu teknolojik gelişmelerle birlikte basılı halde bulunan evraklar istenilen belgenin korunmasının daha sağlıklı ve uzun yıllar sağlanabilmesi için ve kullanıcıların istenilen belgelere erişiminin kolaylaştırılmasını sağlamak gibi sebeplerden ötürü bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmaya başlanmış ve böylece elektronik arşiv, e-arşiv, arşiv sayısallaştırma ya da dijital arşiv gibi kavramlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada; arşivlerin bilgi teknolojileri ile entegre edilmiş ve çeşitli kolaylıklar sunan hali olan "Dijital Arşiv" ve bağlantılı olduğu diğer kavramların yanı sıra, işin ve işçinin olduğu her yerde yönetimin de olduğu bilinciyle yönetim kavramlarının da açıklanarak, PTT Bank bünyesinde gerçekleştirilen çalışma üzerine uygulanması, yapılan işlemlerin açıklanması ve kullanılan yazılımların ara yüz görüntüleri ile anlatılması gibi, içerikler mevcuttur.
It is seen that the archives which can be described as an organism living in today's changing and developing world which is of great importance for institutions, organizations or individuals is also affected by these developments. Archival-worthy materials, which were written or printed previously, can be viewed, searched, used, shared, produced and stored in computer screens today, in various formats. With these technological developments, printed documents have started to be transferred to the computer environment due to reasons such as to ensure that the desired document is protected more healthily and for a long time and that users can access to the desired documents easily, and thus concepts such as electronic archive, e-archive, archival digitization or digital archive has developed. In this context, "Digital Archive", which is an archive form integrated with the information technology and providing various facilities, and other concepts related to it are included in the study. In addition to this, there are contents such as implementing it on the work performed within PTT Bank, explaining the transactions made and telling the used software with interface views by explaining the management concepts with the awareness that where there are the work and the worker, there is always a management.
