dc.description.abstractThis article focuses on the connection between management practices conscious of the environment and the success of firms in the field of innovation. By presenting a comprehensive review of previous research, it aims to summarize studies already conducted in this area, identify gaps in the current literature, and propose directions for future research. A systematic review method has been adopted, selecting publications from well-known databases that have undergone a peer-review process based on specific criteria. The findings indicate a positive relationship between the implementation of environmentally friendly management methods and innovative performance levels. However, the manifestation of these processes varies depending on factors such as the organization's culture, the regulatory environment, and market dynamics. It has been determined that there is a need for more empirical research, especially in developing countries, to verify and expand these results. The conclusions drawn are of significance both for the academic world and the business sector. Lastly, the inclusion of sustainability in management practices is shown to serve as a strategic lever to enhance overall organizational performance and creativity.
