Özet
Yönetim bilişim sistemi, işletme, kurum, kuruluş veya organizasyonun hayatta kalmasını ve büyümesi adına kurumsal işlemlerin yol haritasının oluşturulması, kurumsal yapının oluşturulması, sistemin işlerlik kazandırılması ve kontrol mekanizmaların işlerliği adına yönetimin gereksinim duyduğu bilgileri temin eden ve bu bilgilere anlam katan sistemdir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın konusu Türkiye'de özel hastanelerde yönetim bilişim sistemlerinin çalışan performansına etkisidir. Çalışmanın amacı yönetim bilişim sistemler, yönetim bilişim sistemlerinin kullanışı, yönetim bilişim sistemlerinin sağladığı kolaylıklar açıklanmıştır. Bununla birlikte Türkiye'de özel hastanelerde yönetim bilişim sistemlerinin çalışan performansına etkisinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma literatür taramasının yanında Türkiye'de bir özel hastane çalışanları üzerinde gerçekleştirilen anket çalışması ile desteklenmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler : Yönetim Bilişim Sistemleri, YBS,
