Özet
Küresel rekabetin hızla arttıgı günümüzde örgütler verimliliklerini arttırmak için çesitli arayıslar içine girmislerdir. Bu süreçte sadece teknolojik gelismelere ve diger arge çalısmalarına yatırım yapan örgütlerin rekabeti kaybettikleri görülmüstür. Bunun nedeni olarak örgütlerdeki insan unsurunun ihmal edilmesini gören birçok örgüt kurum kültürü ve insan kaynakları üzerine egilmistir. Bu çalısmalar neticesinde ise örgüt verimliliginin arttıgı ve basarının geldigi görülmüstür. Kurum kültürü kurum elamanlarına uygun davranıs biçimini tanımlamakta bireyleri motive etmekte ve belirsizligin oldugu yerde çalısanlara çözümler sunmaktadır. Sürekli degisim ve gelisimin yasandıgı dünyamızda örgütlerin ayakta kalabilmelerini ve devamlılıklarını saglayabilmelerinde kurum kültürünün çok önemli bir fonksiyona sahip oldugu açıktır. Buradan hareketle biz bu çalısmada ülkemizde köklü bir geçmise sahip olan Emniyet Teskilatının temel insan kaynagını(polis memurlarını) yetistirmekle görevli olan Polis Meslek Yüksek Okullarında ögrencilerin kurum kültürü ögelerinden etkilenme düzeyi ele alınmıstır. Anket: Istanbul Sükrü Balcı Polis Meslek Yüksek Okulunda 550 ögrenci üzerinde uygulanmıs olup veriler Microsoft Excel programında yararlanılarak degerlendirilmistir. Sonuç olarak Polis Okulu ögrencilerinin kurum kültürü ögelerinden etkilenme düzeyleri tespit edilmistir. Dolayısıyla Emniyet Teskilatı kurum kültürünün benimsetilmesinde Polis Meslek Yüksek Okulu son derece önemlidir.
Nowadays in which global competition has rapidly increased, the organizations have been seeking new paths to increase their productivity. In this procedure, it has been noted that the organizations which invest in just technological developments and other research studies lost the competition. Therefore, several organizations which realize the neglect of human factor in them have focused on the organizational culture and human resources. As a canseguence of these studies, it has been noticed that the success and productivity of the organizations increased. The organizational culture describes the proper behaviour fort he staff, motivates the individuals and provides some solxutions in cases of uncertainty. In the world of continuous change and improvement, it is very clear that the organizational culture is very crucial for those organizations in order to survive and maintain their lives. Thus, this study investigates to what extent the students of Police Professional schools of Higher Education, which are responsible for training the human resource of Police Organization, are affected by the elements of organizational culture. Questionnaire: ıt has been applied to Sükrü Balcı Police Professional School of Higher Educotion and the data has been evaluated making use of Microsoft Excel programme. As a conseguence, the level of influence of Police Students from the elements of organizational culture has been determined. So, in the adoption of Organizational culture of Police Organization, Police Professional Schools of Higher Education are extremely important.
