Özet
Bu çalışma girişimsel yönelim, entelektüel sermaye ve örgütsel öğrenme yeteneğinin firma performansı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, entelektüel sermaye ve örgütsel öğrenmenin girişimsel yönelim ile firma performansı arasındaki ara değişken etkisini araştımaktadır. Araştırma modelinde sunulan hipotezler Marmara Bölgesinde bulunan 359 firmadan toplanan veriler kullanılarak yapısal eşitlik modeli yardımı ile test edildi. Ara değişken etkisini incelemek için hiyerarşik yaklaşım kullanıldı. Sonuçlar girişimsel yönelimin firma performansını direkt olarak etkilemediğini ortaya çıkardı. Girişimsel yönelim hem entelektüel sermayeyi hem de örgütsel öğrenme yeteneğini pozitif yönde etkilemektedir. Öte yandan entelelktüel sermayenin örgütsel öğrenme yeteneği üzerinde bir etkisi yoktur. Örgütsel öğrenme yeteneği ve entelektüel sermayenin firma performansı üzerine pozitif etkisi vardır. Ayrıca örgütsel öğrenme ve entelektüel sermaye girişimsel yönelim ve firma performansı arasında ara değişken etkisine sahiptir. Bundan dolayı girişimsel yönelimin firma performansını örgütsel öğrenme yeteneği ve entelektüel sermaye yardımıyla dolaylı olarak etkilediği sonucuna ulaşıldı. This study aims to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, intellectual capital and organizational learning capability on firm performance, considering the intelectual capital and organizational learning capability as mediating variables in the relationships between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. The hypotheses proposed in our research model are tested on a sample of 359 companies, applying covariance-based structural equation modelling. In order to assess the mediating effects of the the intelectual capital and organizational learning capability, we adopt a hierarchical approach. Our findings indicate that entrepreneurial orientation does not directly effect the performance. Organizational learning capability and intelectual capital have positive influence on firm performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has positive influence on both intellectual capital and organizational learning capability. On the other hand, intelectual capital has no effect on organizational learning capability.Furthermore we show that organizational learning capability and intelectual capital fully mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance. Therefore, we conclude that entrepreneurial orientation has indirect effect on firm performance through o organizational learning capability and intelectual capital.
