Suriyeli mülteci çocuklarda görülen enfeksiyon hastalıkları ve hastane yönetiminin aldığı önlemler; Şanlıurfa ili örneği

Özet
Şanlıurfa ilindeki Suriyeli mülteci çocukların, 2012-2015 yılları arasında yaşadıkları sağlık problemleri incelenmiştir. Bu bağlamda Şanlıurfa ili kamu hastaneleri ve ilçe hastanelerinden veriler toplanmıştır. Suriyeli mültecilerle ilgili toplamda 384.814 vakaya ulaşılmıştır. Bu vakalardan 104.615'i 0-18 yaş grubuna aittir. Ayrıca Suriyeli mülteci çocuklarda sık görülen ilk 20 hastalık tanısı enfeksiyon hastalıkları açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler; mod, yüzdelik hesaplama, oran, sınıflandırma, veri analizi yöntemleriyle ele alınmıştır. 2012-2015 yılları arası Şanlıurfa ilinde hastanelere başvuran 104.615 çocuktan 45.887'sinde enfeksiyon hastalıkları gözlenmiştir. En sık görülen 20 hastalıktan 11'ininenfeksiyon kaynaklı hastalıklar olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Toplam vaka içerisinde enfeksiyon hastalıklarının oranı %43.86 olarak gerçekleşmiştir. Ulaşılan bilgiler sonucunda Suriyeli mülteci çocuklarda, yaşlar büyüdükçe enfeksiyon hastalıkları görülme oranı azalırken yaşlar küçüldükçe enfeksiyon kaynaklı hastalıkların görülme oranı artmaktadır. Ayrıca Suriyeli mültecilerin geldiği ilk yıllarda, enfeksiyon kaynaklı hastalıkların görülme oranı düşükken ilerleyen yıllarda bu oran artmıştır. Enfeksiyon kaynaklı hastalıkların görülme oranının artmasında demografik değişkenler, eğitim düzeyi, sağlık hizmetleri, sosyoekonomik faktörler, barınma ve toplu yaşam koşulları etkili olduğu söylenebilir. It has been determined the health problems of Syrian refugee children who are lived in Sanliurfa city between 2012 and 2015. In this context, related data gathered from Sanliurfa city and districts' public hospitals. The total number of cases that related to Syrian refugee children has been reached 384.814 and the cases regarding 0-18 age range has been reached 104.615. Moreover, it has been considered the most common 20 illnesses regarding to infection diseases. The gathered data is based on mode, percentage, ratio, classification and data analysis methods. Between 2012 and 2015 there were 104.615 children went to the hospitals at the Sanliurfa city and 45.887 of them have been observed and diagnosed with infection diseases. Also, 11 out of the 20 most common diseases that had been diagnosed were infectious diseases.Approximately, the proportion of the infectious diseases among the total amount of cases was 43.86%.As a result of the gathered data it could be said that among the Syrian refugee children the older children are the less infection diseases could be seen while the younger children are the more infection disease could be seen. When Syrian refugees first came to the Sanliurfa city, Turkey, the proportions of infectious diseases were low, however, it has increased for the following years.The reasons that infectious diseases have been increased by years, it could be said demographic changes, educational level, health care services, socio-economic factors, sheltering and living in overcrowded conditions have been effective.
