EFQM modeli ile stratejik İKY uygulamaları ve işletme performansı (inovasyon, pazar, finansal) arasındaki ilişki

Özet
Günümüzde işletmelerin üssel olarak büyüme ve küçülme yaşadıkları hızlanan iş ekosisteminde, işletmeler rekabet güçlerini ve sürdürülebilirliklerini sağlamak, performanslarını artırmak ve bütünsel yönetimi sağlamak amacıyla stratejik yönetim modellerinden yararlanmaktadırlar. Bu araştırmanın amacı işletmelerde EFQM modeli ile Stratejik İKY Uygulamaları ve İşletme Performansı (İnovasyon, Pazar, Finansal) arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Türkiye Kalite Derneği üyelerinden 260 işletmenin orta, üst düzey yönetici ve genel müdürlerine bir anket yapılmıştır. Anketin cevapları doğrultusunda, NCSS (Number Cruncher Statistical System) programı ile korelasyon, regresyon ve diğer analizler yapılmış, EFQM modelinin kullanılmasının işletmelerin Stratejik İKY uygulamaları, inovasyon, pazar ve finansal performansına pozitif etki ettiği ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu, modelin kullanma süresi ile işletmelerin Stratejik İKY uygulamaları ve inovasyon performansı arasında pozitif bir ilişki olduğu, model kullanma süresi ile pazar performansı ve finansal performans arasında ise anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
Enterprises benefit to use of strategic management models (EFQM, Deming, Malcolm Baldridge) to ensure their competitiveness and sustainability, to increase their performance and to ensure their holistic management in the accelerating business ecosystems where enterprises grow and shrink exponentially. The aim of this investigation is to investigate the relationship between EFQM Model and Strategic HRM Practices and Business Performance (Innovation, Market, Financial) in enterprises. A survey was distributed to the middle, senior, and CEO/general manager of 260 enterprises in the members of Turkish Society for Quality. Based the answers of the questionnaire; regression, correlation and other analyzes were carried out with the NCSS (Number Cruncher Statistical System) program. It is concluded that the use of the EFQM model positively affects the strategic HR practices, innovation performance, market performance and financial performance of the enterprises. It has been revealed that there is a positive relationship between the duration of the use the model and the Strategic HR practices and innovation performance of the enterprises, no significant relationship has been found with market performance and financial performance.
