İşletme büyüklükleri ve tersine lojistik uygulamaları arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi: İstanbul Ticaret Odası'na kayıtlı işletmeler üzerine bir araştırma

Sürdürülebilir kalkınma ile tersine lojistik faaliyetlerinin birbirine zıt olmadığı, birlikte sinerji oluşturarak işletme büyüklüğüne olumlu katkı sağlayacağı hususları anlatılan bu çalışmada, işletmelerin gelişmişlik düzeyi ile tersine lojistik farkındalık düzeyi, uygulama seviyesi, aktivite kalitesi, uygulama yeteneği ve uygulamanın verimlilik düzeyi arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu ampirik olarak incelenmiştir. Tersine Lojistik unsurunun işletmeler üzerinde ki olumlu, olumsuz etkilerini araştırmak için İstanbul Ticaret Odası'na kayıtlı altmış işletmenin, çoğu likert ölçekli yirmibeş sorulu ankete verdiği cevapların analizinde, tarama ve ilişkisel tarama modeli uygulanılmış, bu modelde alınan cevaplar parametrik olmayan yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre işletme gelişmişlik düzeyi ile işletme tersine lojistik aktivite kalitesi arasında göreli anlam ilişkisi varken, tersine lojistik farkındalık düzeyi, uygulama seviyesi, uygulama yeteneği ve uygulama verimliliği ile işletme gelişmişliği arasında anlamlı ilişki yoktur. Geleceği kaygı ile izlettiren tabloların önüne geçecek çözümün var olduğunun anlatılması, çözümü uygulayan başarılı işletmelerin ortaya çıkartılması, çözümün hayata geçirilmesinde domino etkisi oluşturularak çözümün genel kabul görülürlüğünün hızlandırması amaçları nedeniyle bu çalışma önem arz etmektedir. This study aims on the explanation of the sustainable development and reverse logistics operations are not incompatible together and together they will create some synergy and add positive contributions to the size of the businesses and level of development of the businesses and the level of awareness of the reverse logistics and the level of application, quality of activities, application skills and the level of application efficiency have been evaluated for their meaningful relationship empirically. In order to examine the positive and negative effects of the element of the reverse logistics on the businesses, for the sixty businesses that are registered under the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce with most of them are subjected to likert scale within the questionnaire of twenty-five questions and for the analysis of such questions, screening and relational screening models were being applied and all the responses received within this model were being analyzed with non-parametric methods. Accordingly, it can be said that with the level of development and the business reverse logistics activity quality have a comparative meaningful connection and the level of awareness for the reverse logistics and the level of application, application skills and the efficiency and the application has not any meaningful connection with the advancement level of the business. In order to prevent the tables that make the anxiety for the future, the solution should be explained, the successful businesses are perfectly applying the solution and the execution of the solution should be formed a domino effect and the accelerate the acceptance visibility in general and this study have the importance in order to execute the aforesaid goals.
