Özet
Bu araştırmada liderlik ve iş doyumu, hastane yönetimi açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma tarihçi-kaynak tarama yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, hastane yönetimindeki başarının liderlik ve iş doyumunun çıktısı olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu araştırma, sağlık işletmelerinin yeniden yapılandırıldığı bu dönemde, sağlık hizmeti sunum kalitesinin artırılması, yöneticilerin liderlik özelliklerinin çalışanların iş doyumu üzerindeki etkileri ve iş yasam kalitesinin iyileştirilmesi değişim ve dönüşüm çabalarına olumlu katkılar sağlanmasına yardımcı olmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
In this research , leadership and job satisfaction have been evaluated from perspective of hospital management.The research was carried out by using historiansource reseach method.In the research , success of the hospital management has been determined as output of leadership and job satisfaction . In the period which the health care facilities have been restructured , this research has been prepared to increase the service quality of the health care facilities and effects of leadership characteristics of managers on job satisfaction of workers and working conditions in the health care facilities and to make positive contribution to the transformation Keywords : Hospital, Management, Leadership, Job Satisfaction
