Özet
Proje yönetimi, kapsamı çok geniş bir yönetim şekli olmasıyla beraber , karmaşık ve her defasında değişen koşullara uyum sağlamayı zorunlu kılan bir yönetim modelidir.Proje yönetimi, kapsamının genişliği nedeniyle genel bir araştırmanın yapılmasına olanak sağlamamaktadır. Bu nedenle yapmış olduğumuz çalışmada daha lokal bir konu irdelenmiştir. Çalışma İstanbul merkezli firmalar ile sınırlandırılmıştır, çalışmanın birinci bölümünde genel hatlarıyla Proje yönetiminden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Proje Yönetimi kavramı irdelenmiş, Proje Yönetimi sürecinde görev alan ve sürece konu olan kişi ve sistemler açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır, daha sonra Proje Yönetimi sürecinde elde edilen değerler analiz edilmiş başarı ve başarısızlık durumları hakkında bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde farklı ülkelerde bulunan dernekler araştırılmış ve bu derneklerin yapıları ve benzerlikleri analiz edilmiştir. Bu bölümü takiben, Türk İnşaat sektöründeki Proje Yönetimi Danışmanlık Firmaları'nın kuruluş amaçlarından , başarısızlık nedenlerine kadar bir çok konu araştırılmış aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Son bölümde " İnşaat sektöründeki Yatırımlarda Proje Yönetimi Danışmanlık Firmaları'nın Etkileri'nin Analizi " konusu hakkında hazırlanan anket soruları ilgili firmalara gönderilmiştir. Firmalardan alınan geri dönüşlere göre teknik analiz tabloları oluşturulmuş ve oluşan tablolar yorumlanmıştır. En son bölümde elde edilen anket sonuçlarına göre önerilerde bulunup, mevcut durumun sonuç olarak aktarılmaya çalışılmıştır.Bu çalışmadaki amaç son15-20 yıllık süreçte oluşan Proje Yönetim Danışmanlık Firmaları'nın inşaat yatırımlarına etkileri'nin analizini ölçmektir.
Project Management is a overall management model and is complicated and it must adapt to changing provisions in each time.Project Management allow of making a general exploration because of scope is very sweeping. Therefore, studying which we had made is more local issues was researced, in this part of the study Project Management was mentioned by high level review. In the second part, Project Management concepts were examined and tried to explain persons and systems in processes, then the values in the Project Management prosess were analysed and studied to give information about success and failure situations. In the third part, the assoaciations in the different countries were searched and nature of these assoaciation's and similarities were analysed. Following this part, Project Management Consulting Firms in Turkish construction's missions, the reason's of failure and many issue were tried to show. In this part, the survey questions about 'Invesment in Construction Project Management Consulting Firms in the Sector's Impact Analysis' were sent to firms. 'Technical Analysis Tables' were created according to feedbacks which were sent from companies. In the last part, according to survey results, the suggestions were given and current situations were tried to show. The purpose of this study is measuring the Project Management Consulting Firms's invesment's of the construction in last 15- 20 year's process.
