Sağlık kurumlarında ek ödemenin çalışan motivasyonuna etkisi (Korkuteli Devlet Hastanesi örneği)

Özet
Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda pek çok faktörle birlikte insan faktörü de büyük öneme sahiptir. Sürekli ve terk edilemez nitelikte bir hizmet olan sağlık hizmetlerinin görülmesinde, çalışanların performansı hizmet kalitesini etkileyen unsurlardan biridir. Son yıllarda Türkiye'de sağlık politikalarının değişmesi ve sağlıkta dönüşüm programı çerçevesinde uygulanmaya başlanan performans ve ek ödeme sistemleri kamunun daha verimli, etkin ve tasarruflu biçimde hizmet sunması amacını taşımaktadır. Fakat bunun yanında çalışanların ücretlerine ilişkin ek ödeme sistemi motivasyonu artıran bir unsur olarak da değerlendirilmelidir. Bu açıdan ek ödemenin hedeflenen motivasyonda ne derece ve ne kadar etkili olduğunun tespit edilmesi bu çalışmanın amacıdır. Çalışma kapsamında Korkuteli Devlet Hastanesi'nde yapılan araştırmada çalışanlara ek ödemenin motivasyonlarına etkisi üzerine sorular sorulmuş ve alınan yanıtlar SPSS istatistik programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir.
The human factor in the provision of health services is of great importance in many factors. The quality of health care services can not be sustained and the incidence of leave, employee performance is one of the factors that affect the quality of service. In recent years, changes in the health policies and performance of the health transformation program started to be implemented within the framework of the public sector and the additional payment systems more efficient, productive and cost-effective manner is intended to provide the service. However, an additional fare payment system as well as increased motivation of employees should also be considered as a factor. In this respect, determining how additional payments are effective to some extent in the target motivations are the aim of the study. In the scope of work, according to the research carried out in Korkuteli State Hospital, the questıons connected with the impact of the additional payments to their motivations were asked to the employees and the responses were analyzed by means of SPSS Stsatistical software.
