Abstract
Hazır Beton kullanımı 1970'li yıllardan sonra kullanılmaya başlanmış ve önemi son yıllarda giderek artmıştır. Ülkemizde inşaat sektörünün son yıllarda hızla gelişmesi, Hazır Beton santrallerinin de hızla gelişmesine katkı sağlamıştır. Bu nedenle bu çalışmada, Aralıklı Tip-2 Bulanık Analitik Ağ (IT2 FANP) metodolojisi kullanılarak beton santralinin yeri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu metodoloji sonucunda alternatif beton santralinin lokasyon sıralaması sırasıyla Başakşehir, İkitelli ve Bağcılar olarak bulunmuştur. Yazarların bilgisine göre bu çalışma, literatürde Aralıklı Tip-2 (IT2) Bulanık Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (MCDM) tekniklerini kullanarak alternatif bir beton santrali yeri araştıran ilk çalışmadır. Bu çalışmanın avantajı, literatürde eksik görülen bu yönü zenginleştirmesi ve bu alanda yapılacak çalışmalarda öncü olmasıdır.
The use of Ready-Mixed Concrete started to be used after the 1970s and its importance has gradually increased in recent years. The rapid development of the construction industry in our country in recent years has contributed to the rapid development of Ready-Mixed Concrete plants. Because of this reason, in this study the concrete plant's location is tried to be determined using the Interval Type-2 Fuzzy Analytic Network (IT2 FANP) methodology. As a result of this methodology, the ranking of the alternative concrete plant's location is found as Basaksehir, Ikitelli, and Bagcilar, respectively. To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study in the literature that searches an alternative concrete batching plant location using Interval Type-2 (IT2) Fuzzy Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques. The advantage of this study is that it enriches this aspect, which is seen as missing in the literature, and is a pioneer in the studies to be done in this field.
