The Point addressed as the main problem in this study; Against the claim that the idea of Turkish nationalism, wich was adopted by the Commitee of Union and Progress cadres and developed by the party ideolohist Ziya Gökalp, does not contain etnich meanings and pratices, the pratices applied to both Muslim and non Muslim elements within the scope of the Turkification of Anatolia project, that this project is far from inclusive, exclusive, single nation-centered, 'It will be an explanation that it is defined in the ''etnicist'' dimension and that the pratices are carried out within the framework of this criterion. The main purpose here is to explain with examples that the dispatch, resettlement, deportation and representation pratices implemented by the Commitee of Union and Progress are aimed at a homogenization project based on a single etnicity in Anatolia. Particulary emphasized points in the study; It is to Show that the project of Turkism wich is inclusive and only expressed as an upper identity, as claimed at the points od mathematically proportioned planned resettlement, forced displacement, assimilation and creation of a national bourgeoisie, implemented by the Union and Progress, was carried out for exclusionary, uniform citizen-centered ''serving ethnicism''purposes.
