Abstract
İçinde bulunduğumuz ekonomik koşullarda, giderek arttan rekabet koşullarında firmaların devamlılıklarını sağlayabilmeleri için müşteri gereksinimlerini sağlayacak şekilde ürünler üretmesi gerekmektedir. Kaliteyi sağlayabilmek sadece ürünü üretmek ile ortaya çıkan bir kavram değildir. Bunun yanında tüketicilere zamanında ve anlaşma şartlarına uygun bir şekilde de teslim etmek gerekmektedir. Bu unsurları gerçekleştirebilmek için işletmeler her zaman yeni yaklaşımlar denemektedir. Bu yaklaşımlardan biri de kalite fonksiyon göçerimi uygulamasıdır. Bu araştırma, bir plastik enjeksiyon fabrikasında kalite fonksiyon yaklaşımının oluşturulması ve uygulanabilirliğini araştırmak amacıyla planlanmış ve yapılan uygulama sonucunda firma yöneticilerine ışık tutacak olan bulgular, değerlendirilmiştir.
The ever growing competition conditions that we are currently in dictates the firms to ensure the satisfaction of their clients in the production area. But production by itself does not necessarily mean quality. It also means ensuring that the client receives the material in pre-discussed terms and on time. In order to execute this establishments always tries new approaches one of which is called the Quality Function Deployment is planned to show how to create a quality function approach in a plastic injection factory and to see the feasibility of it and after the actual application any indication that sheds light for the firm directors has been evaluated.
