Çalışma ortamında stres: Denizli Devlet Hastanesi hemşireleri örneği

Bu çalışma ile acil servis hemşirelerindeki iş stresi ve etkilerini, sağlık hizmetlerine yansımalarını araştırmak ve buna yönelik çözüm önerileri geliştirmek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma, Denizli Devlet Hastanesi acil servis hemşirelerinin çalışma alanında 80 kişiden oluşan bir gruba anket uygulaması yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Anket çalışması Genel Acil, Çocuk Acil ve Kadın Doğum Acil birimlerinde çalışan hemşire grubuna gönüllülük esasına göre uygulanmıştır. Anket üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölüm tanıma soruları, ikinci bölüm stres nedenleri, üçüncü bölüm ise stresle başa çıkma yöntemleri ile ilgili sorularından oluşmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre acil birimlerde çalışan hemşirelerde iş stresinin bulunduğu, mesleki riskler, iş yoğunluğu, sözel ve fiziksel şiddet, hemşire ve yardımcı personel sayısının yetersizliği gibi konular stres nedeni olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Anket bulgularında birimsel olarak en düşük stres düzeyi kadın doğum acilde belirlenmiş, bunun sebebi hasta profilinin farklı olması ve doğum olayının genellikle mutlu son ile sonuçlanmasıdır. In this study, the effects of work stress and nurses emergency services, health care and the implications for research aimed to develop solutions. This work, Denizli State Hospital emergency room nurses in the study area were made using questionnaires to a group of 80 people.The survey was General Emergency, Pediatric Emergency and Obstetric nurses working in emergency departments of the group administered on a voluntary basis. The survey consists of three sections. Recognition questions in the first section and the second section causes of stress, and the third part consists of questions related to coping.According to the results of the study found work stress in nurses working in emergency departments, occupational risks, work intensity, verbal and physical abuse, lack of personnel, such as nurses and other issues are emerging as a cause of stress. The survey findings, the lowest stress level obstetric emergency room designated as a unitary, patient profile is different from the birth of the reason for this is usually a happy ending with the conclusion of the event.
