Özet
Son zamanlarda eğitim alanında yaşanan gelişmelerin motoru uzaktan eğitim teknolojileriyle üretilen uygulamalar olmaktadır. Bu uygulamalar vasıtasıyla eğitim faaliyetleri her zaman istenildiği gibi yaygınlık ve hız kazanmıştır. Bu gelişmelere eğitimde ölçme ve değerlendirme yöntemlerini uygulayanlarda ayak uydurmalıdır.Bu tez çalışmasında öğretmene kapsamlı ve hızlı soru sorma imkânı sağlayan yardımcı kaynak olarak kullanabileceği bir araç sunulmuştur. Bununla birlikte öğrenciye kendisini ders konusunun tümünden değerlendirip, hızla sonuç alabileceği ve eksiklerini fark edebileceği bir yazılım aracı oluşturulmuştur.Yapılan çalışmada ders konusunu içeren metinlerin çözümlenmesiyle dinamik olarak üretilen sorular öğretmen denetiminden geçtikten sonra sınav sorularına dönüştürülür. Sunulan bu yaklaşımın eğitime ve akademik hayata katkısı ile üretilen çok sayıda zengin içerikli sorularla kolay hazırlanabilen, adil, hızlı sonuç üreten değerlendirmeler yapılacaktır.
Nowadays, the applications by remote education technology are the engine of the developments in education. Thanks to these applications, education activities have been more widespread and speedy. People, applying evaluation and measurement methods on education, should also keep in step with these developments.By this thesis, an appliance, that makes an extensive and quick way of preparing questions, is presented for the teachers. This appliance can also be used as a helper source. In addition to this, students can use this. Students evaluate the understandings of the whole topic and notice their missing quickly by using this appliance.This working first makes analyzing of the lesson text. After this, questions related to text are prepared dynamically. Finally, teacher checks the questions and make them exam questions. When this presented approach is used in education and academic life, easy-prepared, fair and quick measurements and evaluations are made by so many wealthy content questions.
