Özet
Bu çalışma ile, JPEG dosyalarının bilgisayar hafızasında kapladıkları boyutun küçültülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma süresince dijital görüntü işleme ve tekniklerine ilişkin incelemeler yapılmış ve mevcut bazı yöntemler günümüz örnekleri ile açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın detaylandırıldığı, tez önerisinin sunulduğu bölümde ise, hali hazırda bu tez konusunu belirli yöntemlerle gerçekleştiren diğer çalışmalara yer verilmiş ve yeni yaklaşım ortaya atılmıştır.
In this study, it is aimed to reduce the size of JPEG files occupied in computer memory. During the study, digital image processing and techniques have been examined and some of the available methods have been tried to be explained with today's examples. In the section where the study is elaborated and the thesis proposal is presented, other studies that have already carried out this thesis subject with certain methods have been included and a new approach has been proposed.
