Abstract
Mobbing, cinsiyet farkı gözetmeksizin, neredeyse tüm kültürlerde ve tüm iş yerlerinde gerçekleşen, uygulanan kişiye yıkıcı bir etki yapan davranış biçimidir. Bu çalışmayla, iş hayatında daima var olan ve var olmaya devam edecek olan mobbing olgusuna çözüm üretmek ya da sona erdirmek amaçlanmıştır. İş hayatında farkındalık yaratmak suretiyle, kişilerin yaşadıklarına anlam katmak, iş yaşamındaki ortama ilişkin daha bilinçli bir hayat sürdürmelerine katkıda bulunmak hedeflenmiştir. Dünyanın hemen her yerinde kamu ya da özel kesimde faaliyet gösteren pek çok örgütte yaşanan, dünya literatürüne mobbing olarak giren psikolojik taciz olarak ifade edilen olgunun ne olduğu, ortaya çıkış süreci, kurumların ve bireylerin nasıl etkilendiği, kurumların ve bireylerin bu olguyla başa çıkma yolları, mobbing oluşumunda örgüt kültürünün rolü incelenmektedir. Çalışma "Üç" bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümü "Mobbing" olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm diğer iki ana bölüme hazırlık niteliğinde düşünülmüştür. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü "Örgütsel Bağlılık" olarak açılmıştır. Çalışmanın indeksine bağlı olarak seçilen ve konunun özünü teşkil eden liderlik olgusu bu ana bölüm üzerinde detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümü ise "Mobbing'in Örgütsel Bağlılık Üzerindeki Etkisi: Alanya Devlet Hastanesi Hemşireleri Örneği" olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm diğer 2 bölümün tamamlayıcısı gibi düşünülmüştür. Bu bölümde Alanya Devlet Hastanesinde görev yapan 111 hemşire üzerinde anket çalışması yapılarak elde edilen veriler analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Mobbing, regardless of gender, takes place almost in all cultures and in all workplaces, implemented a devastating effect on the person who is engaged in behavior. This study, which are constantly at work, which will continue to exist and to find solutions to the mobbing phenomenon or is intended to end. Business life by creating awareness, people have lived to bring meaning, business life more conscious about the environment is aimed to contribute to sustaining life. The world almost anywhere in the public or private sector operating in many organizations experienced in the world literature mobbing entering as psychological abuse, expressed as a phenomenon, which is what the process of emergence of institutions and how individuals are affected, institutions and individuals deal with this phenomenon ways of getting mobbing role in the formation of organizational culture are examined. Working "Three" consists of the main section. As the name of the first chapter, "Mobbing" opened and the other two main sections in preparation for this section are considered. The second part of the study, "Organizational Commitment" was opened as. Depending on the selected index and the subject of the study, which constitutes the essence of the phenomenon of leadership on these main sections were examined in detail. The third part of the study "The Influence of Organizational Commitment mobbing (Ataturk State Hospital Sample)" opened and the other two sections of this chapter is intended as a complement. In this chapter and the State Hospital working in the Directorate of Health survey done on 111 people, depending on the employee was terminated with working practices.
