Abstract
Kişinin işine karşı tutumu, olumlu veya olumsuz şekilde kendini hissettirmektedir. Çalışanların iş doyumu denilince ?kişinin iş deneyimlerinin sonucunda ortaya çıkan olumlu ruh halidir? şeklinde tanımlanmaktadır. İşgörenin işine karşı olumsuz tutum ve yaklaşımı da iş doyumsuzluğunu ortaya çıkarmaktadır. İş doyumu kişinin iş ve iş deneyimine ait değerlendirmesinin duygusal sonucudur. Eğitim camiasında Endüstri meslek liselerinde görev yapan kültür öğretmenlerinin iş doyumu da merak edilen konulardan biridir. Endüstri meslek liseleri lise seviyesindeki öğrencilere teknik beceriler kazandırmak için kurulmuş meslek okullarıdır. Meslek liselerinde mesleki eğitim almak için gelmiş olan öğrencilerin kültür derslerine olan ilgisi meslek derslerine göre zayıftır. Ayrıca idari ve eğitim sistemiyle ilgili sorunlar kültür öğretmenlerinin mesleki doyumunu etkilemektedir. An individual?s attitude against their job rises to the surface, either in a positive or negative way. The job satisfaction of the employees has been defined as ?an individual?s positive state of mind resulting from their work experiences?. The negative attitude or approach of an employee against their job creates job dissatisfaction. Job satisfaction is the emotional outcome of the evaluations of an employee concerning their job and job experiences. In education communities, the job satisfaction of liberal studies teachers working in Industrial Vocational Schools is an issue of increasing curiosity, as well. Industrial Vocational Schools are vocational schools established in order to sophisticate students at high school level as far as technical skills are concerned. The interest of the students in vocational schools, whose major aim is to achieve vocational training, to liberal studies are relatively lower. Moreover, the problems related to administration and educational system affect the job satisfaction of liberal studies teachers.
