Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, aile şirketlerinde işe alım sürecinin incelenmesidir. Aile şirketlerinde işe alım sürecini etkileyen faktörler anket tekniğiyle saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında personel seçiminde dikkat edilen kriterler, izlenen aşamalar ve dikkat edilen hususlar hakkında bilgiler edinme amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini aile şirketi olan bir uluslararası nakliyat şirketi oluşturmaktadır. Şirketin 3 ortağı, 2 üst düzey yöneticisi ve 1 orta düzey yöneticisi bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca şirkette 300 çalışan mevcuttur. Araştırma kapsamında 2 üst düzey yönetici, 1 orta düzey yönetici ve 97 çalışanla görüşme yapılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formlarının oluşturulmasında Kızıloğlu (2012) ve Özdinç (2008) yüksek lisans tezlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Sorular ve soru kalıpları aynen alınmamış, çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak tespit edilmiş ve düzenlemiştir. Araştırmada veri analizi SPSS 16 paket programında yapılmıştır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistiklerden, faktör analizinden, t testinden ve ANOVA testinden faydalanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda şirketin işe alım sürecinde adayı çeşitli faktörlere göre değerlendirdiği ve şirket hakkında detaylı bilgi verdiği tespit edilmiştir.
The main purpose of this study, is to examine the recruitment process in family businesses. Factors affecting the recruitment process in family businesses determined by the technical survey has been attempted. The scope of the research staff considered in the selection criteria, the stages and cautions aimed to obtain information about the issues. The universe of study of the family-owned company constitutes an international transport. The company's three partners, two senior executives and mid-level managers are 1. In addition, the company has 300 employees are available. 2 senior executives surveyed, one mid-level managers and 97 interviews were conducted with the employee. In the study, a questionnaire was used as data collection tool. Thesis has been utilized in the creation of the questionnaire Kızıloğlu (2012) and Özdinçer (2008). Questions and question patterns just been taken, for the purposes of the study were identified and organized. In the study, data analysis was conducted in SPSS 16 program. In the analysis of data from descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t test and ANOVA test was utilized. Research results in the recruitment process of the company evaluatescandi dates based on several factor shave been identified that gived etailed information about the company.
