Özet
Türkiye'de darbeler toplumu derinden sarsan, ekonomik, siyasi, kültürel yaşamı kesintiye uğratan, yeniden yapılanma süreçlerinde ağır bedellerin ödendiği dönemler olarak tanımlanabilir. Bu dönemlerden biri olan 1970'li yıllarda bir grup milliyetçi-muhafazakar aydın bir araya gelerek Aydınlar Ocağı'nı oluşturmuş, bu ocağın temel ideolojisi olarak da Türk-İslam Sentezi tezini ileri sürmüşlerdir. Zamanla bu tez ocağın ideolojisi olmaktan öte, siyasilerin topluma ulaşabilmek adına kullandıkları bir araç haline gelmiştir. Ocağın milli kültür politikaları, gelenekçi milliyetçi söylemlerinde ve tüm uygulamalarında bu sentezin etkisi görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada Ocağın düşünce yapısı olan Türk-İslam Sentezi fikrinin 12 Eylül 1980 darbesi ve ardından yapılan 1982 Anayasasında, eğitim-kültür politikalarında ve hatta devletin neredeyse tüm kurumlarında resmi ideoloji haline geldiği görülmektedir.
It can be defined as periods in which profound society shakes in turkey, economic, political and cultural life is interruptedi and heavy prices are paid in restructuring processes. In the 1970s, one of these periods, a bunch of nationalist-conservative intellectuals came together to from the House of the Inquirers, and they proposed the islamic synthesis as the basic ideology of this period. Over time, this thesis has become a structure of thought that is tired to be grafted into society rather than being the ideology of the seedbed. The effect of this synthesis is seen in the national culture politics of the seedbed, in the closed-door turkish discourses and in all its applications. In this study, it is observed, that the ideology of the turkish-islamic synthesis, which is the thought structure of the seedbed a has become an offical ideology in the September 12, 1980 coup and following the 1982 constition, education-cultural policies an deven almost all instituons of the state.
