Özet
Araştırmanın amacı, "Beş Faktör Kişilik Özellikleri" ve "İş Tatmini'nin, arasındaki ilişkinin incelenerek, bu etkileşimde "Örgütsel İtaat"in aracılık rolünün ölçülmesidir. Yapılan araştırmalarda itaat ölçeğine rastlanılmadığından kavramsal modele geçmeden önce ölçek geliştirme çalışması yapılmıştır. Ölçek geliştirmeyle ilgili analizler neticesinde itaati açıklayan beş boyut elde edilmiş ve her boyut alan yazından tespit edilen; körü körüne, suç, yıkıcı, sorgusuz ve zorlayıcı kavramlarıyla isimlendirilmiştir. Marmara Bölgesi'nde finans, sağlık ve sanayi alanında faaliyet gösteren küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin beyaz yakalı çalışanları ile kamu ve vakıf üniversitesinde çalışan akademisyenlerden oluşan 515 katılımcı veri setini oluşturmuştur. Metodolojik düzenlemeleri yapılan veri seti üzerinden "Spss" ve sosyal bilimler alanında daha fazla kullanılmaya başlanan "Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli" ile detaylı bir araştırma ve analiz gerçekleştirilmiştir.
The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between Five Factor Personality Traits and Job Satisfaction and to measure the mediating role of Organizational Obedience in this interaction. As the scale of obedience was not found in the researches, scale development study was conducted before the conceptual model. As a result of the analyzes related to scale development, five dimensions were obtained that explained obedience and each dimension was named from the literature, with the concepts of obedience, blindly, crime, destructive, unquestionable and coercive. Small and medium sized enterprises in the Marmara Region were selected as a sample and the methodological arrangements of the data set consisting of 515 participants consisting of white-collar employees working in the field of health, finance, industrial production and academicians working in the field of education were carried out a survey was conducted.
