Özet
Örgütün Örgütsel Adalet düzeyi, Örgütlerdeki tutumun geribildirimidir. Örgütün Örgütsel Adalet düzeyi sadece kurum içi kalmayıp çevreyi, dolayısıyla toplumu etkilediği düşünüldüğünde Örgütlerdeki ilişki şeklinden ve bunun sonucundaki güvenden herkes mesuldür. Görüldüğü üzere her örgüt gibi örgütlerde de performans yönetimi uygulamaları hem örgütsel düzeyde, hem de toplumsal düzeyde önem kazanmaktadır. Bununla beraber performans yönetimi sistemi ile Örgütsel Adalet bir ilişki içerisindedir. Kurumlarda çalışanlar kendilerine güvenildiğini hissettiğinde ve kendisinin de o kurum dahilindeki kişilere güvendiğinde, çalışanın performans oranında artış olur. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Hizmet örgütlerindeki çalışan ve yönetici algılarına dayalı olarak örgütlerdeki performans yönetimi uygulamaları ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleyerek elde edilen sonuçlara göre öneriler geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın amacı dahilinde evren, İstanbul ili, örneklem olarak hizmet sektöründe görev yapan 272 çalışan belirlenmiştir Araştırmanın sonucunda çalışanların örgütsel güven düzeyleri ile performans yönetimi uygulamalarına yönelik görüşleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu görülmektedir. çalışanların performans yönetimi (hedef - kriter belirleme, performans izleme, performans geliştirme, performans değerlendirme) uygulamalarına yönelik değişkenleri ile Örgütsel Güven ilişkisinin (açıklayıcılık gücünün) zayıf olduğu görülmüştür. Bu anlamda, örgütlerde performans uygulamalarıyla ilgili verilecek kararlar veya uygulamalar bu bakış açısı ile değerlendirilip, sonuçların daha iyi olması sağlanabilir.
Justice organizational level of the organization, the organization's position statement sturdy back. Organizational level of environmental justice organizations not only within the organization, so society is thought to affect the shape of the organization and relationships of trust with the result that everyone is liable. As it can be seen in the organization as every organization performance management applications both at the organizational level and at the community level is important as well. However Organizational Justice is in relation with the performance management system. When employees feel that trust in institutions that rely on them, and when people within the organization itself, would increase the performance of the employee. The purpose of this research is to develop services based on the employees and managers perception according to the results obtained by determining the relationship between organizational trust and performance management practices in organizations recommend that in the organization. The aim of our research universe, Istanbul province, who work in the service sector as a sample 272 employees designated employees as a result of the study shows a significant relationship in a positive direction between the vision for organizational confidence and performance management applications. Employee performance management (targets - benchmarking, performance monitoring, performance improvement, performance assessment) for the application of the trust relationship between organizational variables (explanatory power) were found to be weak. In this sense, evaluated with the terms of the decision or applications that look to be related to performance practice in organizations, the results achieved have been better.
