Özet

Software quality assessment requires a thorough examination of product quality, usability, and data integrity. While conventional quality attributes have their merits, international standards often offer broad quality frameworks that can pose challenges when applied to specific domains. This study adopts a case study approach to analyse the software needs of a company and its supply chain, utilizing ISO/IEC 25010 and ISO/IEC 25012 standards. Through scenario analysis using Fuzzy Cognitive Maps, the research delves into the relationships among ISO software characteristics and their impact on outcomes. The study's significance lies in evaluating trade-offs among software quality attributes, evaluating them within specific domains, and presenting a comprehensive assessment spanning product, user, and data dimensions. This research enhances comprehension of how software quality characteristics shape outcomes and provides valuable insights for tailored evaluations in diverse industries.
