The role of digital transformation in businesses under the influence of artificial intelligence

In the recent period there have been rapid and great technological developments. Especially the developments in information technologies have brought solutions that make human life extremely easier. The purpose of this study is to explain the role of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in businesses and its impact on sectors. In the first part of the study, artificial intelligence and the relevant conceptual framework are included. In the second part, the issue of digitalization is mentioned. In the last section, the role of digital transformation in businesses is mentioned by giving examples from the sector. As a result, it seems that artificial intelligence has developed rapidly in recent years. Many businesses have transitioned to digital transformation in the work done by their employees and started to outsource their work to artificial intelligence robots.
