Abstract
Günümüzde özellikle insanlarla yüz yüze ve yakın iletişim kurmayı gerektiren sağlık çalışanlarının tükenmişlik yaşama oranları yüksektir. Tükenmişlik, mesleğin doğası gereği yaşanan stresle başa çıkamama sonucu gözlenen fizyolojik ve duygusal alanlarda hissedilen tükenme hissiyle kendini ortaya çıkaran bir durumdur. Tükenmişlik veya stresle ilgili hastalıkların artış göstermesi, iş gücünü etkileyen bir etken olması, çalışma ortamında hata ve kazaları arttıran bir faktör olması ve hastalara sunulan bakımın kalitesini etkilemesi nedeniyle, tükenmişliğin ve stresin sağlık çalışanları üzerindeki etkilerine önem verilmeye başlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, çalışan sağlık personelinin tükenmişlik ve stres düzeylerini tespit etmek, çalışma ortamının tükenmişliğe ve strese neden olup olmadığını ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalarda sağlık sektöründe çalışan sağlık personeli fiziksel ve ruhsal sorunlar yaşayarak, hasta ve hasta yakınlarına da duygusal destek vermek zorunluluğu çalışanları daha da yıpratmakta ve tükenmeye sebep vermektedir. Bireylerin mesleki beklentileri bulunduğu çalışma koşullarına uygun olarak belirlenmeli, mesleki algı ve düşünceleri kesinleştirilmelidir. Kişiler eğitim ve strateji taktikleriyle bilgilendirilerek olaylara nasıl bakış açısı kazanacaklarını öğrenmelidirler ve sosyal aktivitelere yönlendirilerek zihnen ve bedenen rahatlamaya teşvik edilmelidirler. Sağlık çalışanlarında tükenmişliğe ve strese neden olabilecek kişisel ve mesleki faktörler detaylı olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma da problemlerin saptanması ve çözüm önerileri getirilmesi açısından önemli bilgiler sağlayabileceği düşünülmektedir.
Nowadays, especially burnout rate of healthcare worker, who require face to face with people and close contact, is high. Burnout as a result of inability to overcome the stress experienced in the nature of occupation is a condition that occurs as observed physiological and emotional exhaustion. The increase in burnout or stress-related illness, affecting the workforce is a factor, errors in the working environment and be a factor that increases accidents, affect the quality of care provided to patients. Becauseof these condition, burnout syndrome and stress their impact on the health of employees has been given importance. In this study, to determine the burnout and stress levels of healthcare workers, the working environment is intended to reveal whether there is cause stress and burnout. Studies of health related employees working in the health sector, because of physical and psychological problems, they felt had come to the end of the road are feeling exhausted, to overcome this situation and shows that isolation to protect themselves. Enough to deal with patients and insensitivity when pursuing their profession. Professional expectations of individuals should be determined according to the operating conditions. Pprofessional perceptions and thoughts should be ascertained. Informed their training tactics and strategies must learn how to win perspective on events. Directed social activities, should be encouraged to relax mentally and physically. That could lead to burnout and stress among healthcare workers situations, personal and professional factors were examined in detail. This study demonstrated for the problem and the proposals for solutions are expected to provide a significant contribution.
