İstatistiksel kalite kontrol yöntemlerinin tekstil sektöründe uygulanabilirlik düzeyinin belirlenmesi

Küreselleşen dünyada meydana gelen piyasa rekabet şartları, firmaları standart yönetimlerden vazgeçirmeye mecbur bırakmaktadır. Tüketicinin isteklerini yerine getirme odaklı çalışan firmalar sürekli olarak kendini yenileme, hizmet kalitesini arama yolunda ilerlemektedir. Bu amaçla çalışan işletmeler için istatistiksel yöntemler de kalite kontrolü adına büyük önem taşımaktadır. Fakat işletmelerin kalite kontrolü için istatistiksel yöntemleri kullanmaları için toplam kalite yöntemini de uyguluyor olmaları gerekmektedir. Bu açıdan toplam kalite yönetimi için istatistiksel yöntemlerin oldukça önemli olduğu görülmektedir. İstatistiksel kalite kontrol teknikleri; sürecin takibini, sürecin kontrol dışına çıkmasını sağlayan faktörlerin tespitinde ve bunların yok edilmesinde önemli bir faktördür. Kontrol dışına çıkan her süreçte değişkenliğin etkisi söz konusudur. Bu kapsamda ele alınan bu çalışmada istatistiksel kontrol yöntemleri temel, orta ve ileri seviyelerde ele alınmıştır.

Market competition conditions occurring in a globalizing world force enterprises to discourage standard management. The companies, which focus on fulfilling the demands of the consumer, are constantly on the way to renew themselves and seek service quality. Statistical methods are also great importance for quality control and enterprise working for this purpose. However, in order for enterprises to use statistical methods for quality control, they must also apply the total quality management. In this respect, it is seen that statistical methods are very important for total quality management. Statistical quality control techniques; It is an important factor in the follow-up of the process, the determination of the factors that cause the process to get out of control and to eliminate them. Every process that goes out of control has the effect of variability. In this study, which is handled in this context, statistical control methods are discussed at basic, intermediate and advanced levels.
