Abstract
Sağlık bilişim sistemlerinin kullanışı ve türünü açıklayarak, bu sistemin yanında MHRS konumunu ayrıntılı bir şekilde açıklanan bu çalışmada konu ile ilgili kaynaklar incelenmiştir. Sağlık bilişim sistemi sağlık kuruluşlarında çoğunlukla kullanılmaktadır. Sağlık bilişim sistemleri ile sağlık kuruluşlarında elde edilen bilgiler hızlı bir şekilde sisteme kayıt edilmekte, ihtiyaç duyulduğunda bilgilere yeniden ulaşılabilmektedir. Sağlık kuruluşundaki birimler arasında bilgiler kolaylıkla paylaşılabilmektedir. Karar alımında, karar alınmasına yardımcı olan bilgilere erişilebilmektedir. Sağlık bilişim sistemi çalışanların hizmet sunumunu hızlandırmakta, birimler arası iletişim kurulmasını da hızlandırmaktadır. Böylece çalışan memnuniyetini artırmaktadır. Sisteme yapılan kayıtlar ile istatistik bilgilerine kolaylıkla ulaşılabilmektedir. Ayrıca hastaya ait işlemler hızlandığı için hasta memnuniyet düzeyini de artırmaktadır. Sağlık Bakanlığının yürütmüş olduğu MHRS uygulaması kamu sağlık kuruluşundan sağlık hizmeti alacak vatandaşlara randevu hizmeti sunmaktadır. MHRS uygulaması sağlık kuruluşlarında kullanılan HBYS ile entegre çalışmaktadır. Hem MHRS hem de HBYS ile hasta / sağlıklı bireye ait veriler kayıt edilebilmekte ve bu kayıtlar ışığında sağlık hizmetleri sunumu hızlanmaktadır. In this study, which explains the usefulness and the way of health information systems and the location of MHRS beside this system in detail, the relevant sources have been examined. Health information system is mostly used in health institutions. With the health information systems, the information obtained in the health institutions is quickly recorded in the system and the information can be accessed again when needed. Information can be easily shared between units in a health facility In making a decision, information that helps to make a decision can be accessed. The health information system accelerates the service delivery of employees and speeds communication between the units. This increases employee satisfaction. It is easy to access statistical information with the records made to the system. . In addition, since patient transactions are accelerated, the level of patient satisfaction is also increased. The MHRS application, which is carried out by the Ministry of Health, provides an appointment service to citizens who receive health services from a public health institution. The MHRS application is integrated with HBYS used in healthcare facilities.Both MHRS and HBYS and patient / healthy individual data can be registered and the provision of health services is accelerated in the light of these records.
