Değişim mühendisliği (bpr) ve örnek uygulamalar

Küreselleşme olgusuna maruz kalan bütün firmalar, bütün dünyada devamlı bir değişimin yaşandığını kabul etmişlerdir. Bundan ötürü kendi içlerinde de bu değişimi gerçekleştirmeye karar vermişlerdir. Bu sayede harici etkenlere karşı ayak uydurarak başarılı olmaya ve rekabet ortamında ayakta kalmaya çalışmaktadırlar. İşletmelerin bu amaçla uyguladıkları yöntemlerden birisi de Değişim Mühendisliği'dir. Değişim Mühendisliği'nin tanımından yola çıkılarak hazırlanmış olan bu çalışmada, hem işletmelerin bu yöntemi uygulama nedenleri hem de bu çalışmayı hayata geçirmekle elde ettikleri sonuçlar anlatılmıştır. Aynı zamanda uygulanan çalışmalar esnasında hangi sorunlarla karşılaşıldığı hakkında da bilgi verilmektedir. Bu uygulamayı hayata geçiren işletmelerden örnekler verilerek bu sorunlarla nasıl baş edileceği konusu anlatılmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye için yeni bir yönetim tekniği olan Değişim Mühendisliği kavramlarının netleştirilmesi ve Arçelik'in Sincan Bulaşık Makinesi İşletmesi'nde uygulanan Değişim Mühendisliği projesinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Arçelik Sincan Bulaşık Makinesi İşletmesi'nde uygulanan Değişim Mühendisliği sayesinde tüm organizasyon şeması temelden fonksiyonel olarak yeniden yapılandırılmış ve üretimde müşteri memnuniyeti ön plana alınarak çarpıcı bir şekilde performans artışı ve üretim artışları olmuştur.

All corporations being exposed to in globalization phenomena have adopted that there is continuously change all over the world. Due to this, they decided to perform this change within their own fields. Thanks to this, they try to be successful keeping in step with the external factors and to last in the competitive environment. One of the methods of corporations applied for this purpose is Business Process Reengineering. In this study prepared by moving from the description of the Business Process Reengineering, it has been both talked about implementation reasons of the corporations this method and gained results to implement this business. At the same time, during the implementing businesses , it has been given information about the matter of what kind of problems to meet. It has been talked about how to cope with these problems by giving examples of corporations implementing this model. In this study, it is aimed to make it clear the concepts of Business Process Reengineering, a new management method for Turkey and to investigate the practice of Business Process Reengineering Project performed in ARÇELIK Sincan Washing Machine Business. Through Business Process Reengineering implemented in ARÇELIK Sincan Washing Machine Business, all organizational scheme have been restructured from the base functionally and giving priority to customer's satisfaction during production, increase has occurred strikingly in production and performance.
