Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, üniversitelerde eğitim gören öğrencilerin sahip olacakları iş hayatlarında sergileyecekleri tutumları cinsiyet faktörüyle belirlemektir. Cinsiyet farklılıklarının etkisini incelemek üzere ülkemizde eğitim vermekte olan 42 üniversitede eğitim gören 158 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşan örneklemler kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin ahlaki değerlendirme ortalamaları ve eğilimlerini belirlemek amacıyla akademik, sosyal ve kişisel yaklaşımlarını belirleyen veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda cinsiyet değişkeninin, öğrencilerin ahlaki yargı düzeylerinde etkisi olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
The purpose of the present study is to investigate the ethics values of students in terms of their genders. The sample of the study consisted of 158 university students from 42 universities in our country. The data which includes students academic, social and personal approaches was collected to determine their ethics values and tendencies. The study showed that gender had effect on the students level of moral opinions.
