Hezarfen hakkındaki rivayet edilen hikaye, uçmak düşüncesinin o dönem için imkansız olmasından dolayı oldukça önemlidir.Galata kulesi önemli bir figürdür çünkü Tolga ''Uçmak'' adlı oyunda Hezarfen Ahmed Çelebi rolünde oynamakta ve onun uçmak fikrinin, bilimselliğinin ve toplumsal yankılarının gözlemini bize sunmaktadır.Bu fikir rol oluşumunda önemli bir yer tutmaktadır.Rol ve toplumsal dinamikler arasında bir ilişki olup olmadığını süreç içinde sorgulamaktadır. İlk bölümde Tolga Galata kulesinden tiyatro sahnesine oyuna çıkmak üzere yürür.Yolda farklı kişiliklere sahip çeşitli esnaflarla karşılaşır.Her biri toplumsal mozaiklerin bir parçasıdır.Genelikle olumsuz görüşlere sahiptirler.Ve her karşılaşma sonrası Tolga bu kişiliklerin olumsuz tavırları üzerine rol nedir, nasıl oluşturulur sorusuna cevaplar arar ,fikir yürütür.Bunu bir anlatıcı olarak tiyatro sahnesine kadar bize anlatır. İkinci bölümde ise tiyatrodaki hazırlık tiyatro seyircisi gözünden değil sinema seyircisi gözünden anlatılır. Tolga is a theater actor.
