Özet
Bu çalışma hemşirelerin yardım ve merhamet duyguları ile içinde empatik yaklaşımları becerileri ile etkili iletişim sağlayarak hastane ortamında hasta hemşire iletişimi ile motivasyonu sağlamayı amaçlamaktadır. Yapılan anket çalışması GATA hastanesinin 35 kliniğindeki görev yapan hemşirelerin hastalar ile etkili iletişimi içermekte, hemşirelerin eğitim ve medeni durumları, mesleki sürelerine, yaş ortalamalarına göre değerlendirilerek hastaları ne ölçüde motive edebildiklerini belirlemeyi planlamıştır. Hastaya uygulanan bakım sürecinde saygı ve güven duyguları ile etkili ve yerinde kullanılan sözlü veya sözsüz iletişimde hasta motivasyonunun olumlu sonuçlandığı belirlenmiştir. Hemşire hasta ve sağlıklı kişiler ile sürekli iletişim içinde bulunmaktadır. Hasta ve hasta yakınları ile aralarındaki iletişimde kişilerin ihtiyaçlarını en kısa sürede belirleyip, beklentilerini etik kurallar doğrultusunda karşılamaktır. Sonuç itibariyle hemşirelerin eğitim durumları, yaş gurupları, çalışma ortamları ile sürelerinin, medeni konumlarının hastalarla etkili bir iletişim ile motivasyonu sağlayabileceği istatiksel olarak belirlenmiştir.
This study aims to provide patient-nurse communication with the motivation in the hospital environment by providing empathetic approach with effective communication skills with nurses' help and compassion. The survey study includes the effective communication of nurses who went on a strike at the 35 clinics of GATA Hospital and it was planned to determine how much the nurses could success to motivate the patients according to nurses' education levels and marital status,professional time, the average age of the patients and working conditions. It was determined that it ended with a positive result of patient motivation by effective verbal or nonverbal communication used in place with respect and trust in the care process applied to the patient. Nurses are always in communication with patients and healthy individuals.They are supposed to identify the needs of them as soon as possible in the communication between them,patients and the relatives,and meet their expectations in accordance with the ethical rules. As a result,it is statistically identified that nurses' education levels, age groups, marital status and working environments and time can provide motivation by effective communication with patients
