Özet
Evde bakım; özürlü, yaşlı, süreğen hastalığı olan veya nekahet dönemindeki bireyleri bulundukları ortamda destekleyerek, sosyal yaşama ayak uydurabilmelerini sağlamak, yaşamlarını mutlu ve huzurlu bir biçimde sürdürerek toplumsal entegrasyonlarını gerçekleştirmek, bakıma gereksinim duyan bireyin aile üyeleri ve özellikle de ailedeki kadın üzerindeki yükünü hafifletmek için birey ve aileye sunulan psiko-sosyal, fizyolojik ve tıbbi destek hizmetleri ile sosyal hizmetleri içeren bir bakım modelidir. Evde sağlık ve bakım hizmetleri dünyanın birçok ülkesinde uygulanmakta olan bir hizmet çeşididir. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de evde bakımın kamuda ilk olarak uygulanmaya başlandığı Denizli ilinde nelerin başarıldığı, ilçe modeli olarak Kale ilçesinde yapılan başarılı çalışmalarla aslında ülkenin her yerinde evde bakım hizmetlerinin yaygınlaştırılabileceği ve bakıma ihtiyaç duyan kimselerin, bu hizmetten memnun oldukları, hizmete herhangi bir ücret ödemeden ulaşabildikleri, özellikle yatalak durumdaki hasta yakınlarının evde bakım hastaları için hastane işlemlerinin çok kolaylaştığı anlaşılmaktadır. Bununla birlikte hizmetin ulaşılabilirlik saatlerinin arttırılması gerekliliği, üniversite hastanelerinden yeterli hizmet alamadıkları ve medyada evde bakım konusunun daha fazla duyurulmasının hizmetin yaygınlaştırılması açısından iyi olacağı sonucu ortaya çıkmıştır.
Home care services; disabled, elderly, chronic disease or convalescent individuals in their environment, supporting adapt to social life enable them, their lives happy and peaceful in a manner maintaining social integration, perform, care needs of the individual family members, and especially in the family on women to ease the burden for the individual and family provided psycho-social, physiological and medical support services is a model of care that includes social services. And home health care services that are being implemented in many countries of the world is a kind of service. In this study, it introduced the first time in public home care in Turkey Denizli Province in what is accomplished by the county model as done in the Kale District successful work with can actually expanded home care services throughout the country and care in need of someone that , they were satisfied with the service they get in touch with any payment service especially near the hospital procedures for patients in the home care of bedridden patients is understood that much easier . However, the necessity to increase the hours of availability of services , university hospitals and the media could not get enough of services from home would be good for more widespread use of services has emerged announcing the results.
