İn vitro fertilizasyon tedavisi gören kadınlarda psikolojik belirtiler, bağlanma ve yılmazlık düzeylerinin tedavi sonuçlarıyla ilişkisinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada IVF tedavisi gören kadınlarda psikolojik belirtiler, bağlanma ve yılmazlık düzeylerinin tedavi sonuçlarıyla ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla çalışmaya Şubat 2017- Ağustos 2017 tarihleri arasında, Kocaeli Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Yardımla Üreme Teknikleri Merkezi'ne IVF tedavisi için başvuran kadınlar arasından amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 88 kadın dâhil edilmiştir. Katılımcılara Sosyodemografik Veri Formu, Kısa Semptom Envanteri, Fertilite Sorunu Envanteri, Yakın İlişkilerde Yaşantılar Envanteri ve Yetişkin Yılmazlık Ölçeği uygulanmış, bu ölçeklerden elde edilen verilerin IVF tedavi sonucuyla arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızdan elde edilen bulgulara göre; anksiyete, depresyon ve somatizasyon puan ortalamaları IVF tedavi sonucuna göre farklılık göstermemiştir (p>0.05). İnfertiliteye İlişkin Global Stres puan ortalamaları IVF tedavi sonucuna göre farklılık göstermemiştir (p>0.05). Fertilite Sorunu Envanteri'nin Çocuksuz Yaşamı Ret alt boyut puan ortalamaları IVF tedavi sonucuna göre farklılık göstermiştir (p<0.05). YYÖ toplam puanı ortalamaları, YİYE kaygı ve YİYE kaçınma puan ortalamaları IVF tedavi sonucuna göre farklılık göstermemiştir (p>0.05). Yaptığımız çalışmadan IVF tedavi başarısının psikolojik etkenlerle pek ilişkili olmadığı sonucu çıkmaktadır.
In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between psychological symptoms, attachment, resilience traits and treatment outcomes in IVF-treated women. For this purpose, among the women who applied for IVF treatment to Kocaeli University Faculty of Medicine, Center for Assisted Reproductive Techniques between February 2017 and August 2017, 88 women selected by purposeful sampling method were included. Participants' Sociodemographic Data Form, Brief Symptom Inventory, Fertility Problem Inventory, Experiences in Close Relationships and The Resilience in Midlife Scale were applied and the relations between the data obtained from these scales and IVF treatment outcomes were tried to be revealed. According to the findings obtained from our study; anxiety, depression and somatization scores did not differ according to IVF treatment result (p> 0.05). The Global Stress points related to infertility did not differ according to IVF treatment result (p> 0.05). Rejection of Childfree Lifestyle subscale scores of the Fertility Problem Inventory differed according to the IVF treatment outcome (p <0.05). The Total score of The Resilience in Midlife Scale, attachment anxiety and attachment avoidance scores did not differ according to IVF treatment outcome (p> 0.05). According the result of our study is that the success of IVF treatment is not closely related to psychological factors.
