Özet
Bu tezde özellikle 2008-2009 Küresel Ekonomik Kriz döneminde, yabancı sermaye yatırımları iki yönüyle ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede gerek doğrudan yatırımlar gerekse de dolaylı yatırımlar incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Küresel Ekonomik Kriz döneminde, doğrudan ve dolaylı yabancı sermaye yatırımları ve işletmelerin yatırım kararlarının teorik çerçevede araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla 2008-2009 Küresel Ekonomik Krizin makro ve mikro getirileri üzerinde durulurken, kriz döneminde yurtiçi ve yurtdışı piyasalarda işletmelerin yatırım stratejilerinin incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu tezin kapsamı dahilinde, birinci bölümde, 2008-2009 Küresel Ekonomik Krizin oluşumu anlatılırken, ulusal ve uluslararası piyasada yaşanan ekonomik krizler üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsama ek olarak Mortgage Krizi ve Avrupa Borç Krizi de incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise Kriz döneminde, doğrudan ve dolaylı yatırımların durumu değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise Küresel Ekonomik Kriz döneminde işletme yatırım kararları ve stratejileri üzerindeki durulmuştur. 2008-2009 Küresel Ekonomik Krizinde Yabancı Sermaye Yatırımları ve İşletme Yatırım Kararları isimli tez çalışmamız, teorik çerçevede ele alınmıştır. Yapmış olduğumuz bu çalışmada disiplinler arası çalışma yöntemi izlenmiş ve birincil, ikincil kaynak taramaları yapılmıştır. In this thesis, two types of foreign capital investments, especially during the 2008-2009 Global Economic Crisis, are assessed. In this context, both direct and indirect investments are analysed. In this study, we aim to investigate the direct and indirect foreign capital investments and business investment decisions during the Global Economic Crisis from a theoretical perspective. For this purpose, we focus on the macro and micro effects of the 2008-2009 Global Economic Crisis and analyse the business investment strategies both inside and outside our country during the crisis. In the context of this thesis, in the first part, we explain the generation of the 2008-2009 Global Economic Crisis and focus on the national and international economic crisis. In addition to this, we also assessed the Mortgage Crisis and European Debt Crisis. In the second part of the thesis, we investigate the effects of the crisis on the direct and indirect investments. Finally, in the last part of the thesis, we focus on the business investment decisions and strategies during the Global Economic Crisis. This thesis, named Foreign Capital Investments and Business Investment Decisions During the 2008-2009 Global Economic Crisis, is written from a theoretical perspective. In this thesis, an interdisciplinary study approach is followed and primary and secondary literature survey is done.
