Özet
Bu araştırmada şirketlerde verilen eğitim ve geliştirmenin çalışan memnuniyetine, eğitim ve geliştirmenin çalışan performansına ve çalışan memnuniyetinin çalışan performansına etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışanlara otuz beş sorudan oluşan eğitim anketi uygulanmıştır. Toplam 171 adet anket değerlendirmeye alınmış ve elde edilen veriler SPSS 20 programında güvenilirlikleri ve geçerlilikleri kontrol edilip faktör analizi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi yöntemleri ile incelenmiştir. Sonuç olarak şirket çalışanlarına verilen eğitim ve geliştirmenin çalışan memnuniyetine ve performansına olumlu etkisinin olduğu, çalışan memnuniyeti ve performansı ile anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda çalışan memnuniyetinin de çalışan performansına olumlu etkisinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to identify the effects of training and development activities in the companies on employee satisfaction and performance, and also effects of employee satisfaction?s on employee performance. Training questionnaire consisting of thirty-five questions was given to employee. One-hundred seventy-one questionnaire forms were evaluated and data reliability and validity were controlled and examined in SPSS 20 programme by using factor, correlation and regression analysis. In conclusion; surveys shows that trainings and development activities have positive effects on employee satisfaction and performance and significant relationship between employee satisfaction and performance have been identified. At the same time results show employees?s satisfaction has positive effect on employee?s performance.
